Derelict building replaced with 3-unit apartment block in Belturbet town centre

Jason McCaffrey has got the go-ahead to knock down a derelict commercial building on Upper Bridge Street in Belturbet and replace it with a new 2½-storey building containing 3 two-bedroom apartments. The development will include private outdoor spaces, a bin store, and connections to existing public services.
