A 24-year-old man has been remanded in custody at the High Court in Dublin following his arrest on a European Arrest Warrant. The accused is wanted by authorities in Northern Ireland to face charges of conspiracy to cause an explosion, possession of explosives with intent to endanger life, and possession of explosives in Lurgan, County Armagh in 2007.
