Two men have been assigned a trial date at the Special Criminal Court in connection with the disposal of body parts of murdered teenager Keane Mulready-Woods. Stephen Carberry, aged 47, of Sandymount Avenue, Dublin 4, and Glen Bride, aged 31, of Mount Olive Park, Kilbarrick, Dublin 5, appeared before the three-judge court this morning. Carberry faces three charges alleging transportation and disposal of the teenager's remains between January 13 and 15, 2020, at Trinity Terrace, Ballybough, Dublin 3, and setting fire to a vehicle. Bride is charged with participating in the transportation and disposal of body parts on January 15, 2020, and arson. The 17-year-old was last seen alive in Drogheda on January 12, 2020. Portions of his remains were subsequently discovered at various locations in Dublin and Drogheda, including Rathmullan Park. Justice Melanie Greally scheduled the trial for January 12, 2026, and ordered witness and exhibit preparation. The case will return before the Special Criminal Court on October 6 next.
