A man from Castlebar has pleaded guilty to sharing intimate images of a woman without her consent on two separate occasions. Daniel Humphreys, aged 38 and residing on McHale Road, admitted the offences at Castlebar Circuit Criminal Court, which fall under legislation commonly known as Coco's Law. The incidents occurred on October 6, 2021 and around June 1, 2022. Humphreys also pleaded guilty to harassment of the same woman spanning from February 11, 2021 to June 1, 2022 across various locations. He has no previous convictions. Judge Eoin Garavan ordered both psychological and probation reports to assist in sentencing. The case has been adjourned, with a sentence hearing scheduled for October 21.
