A Dublin man has pleaded guilty at the Special Criminal Court to assisting an offender in the movement and disposal of body parts belonging to Keane Mulready-Woods, a teenager murdered in Drogheda in January 2020. Stephen Carberry, aged 47, admitted the charge relating to acts carried out between 13 and 15 January 2020. The Director of Public Prosecutions will enter a nolle prosequi on two remaining counts against Carberry. Presiding Justice Karen O'Connor directed a victim impact statement and adjourned sentencing to 19 January. Carberry was remanded in custody. This is the second guilty plea in the case; Glen Bride pleaded guilty to similar charges last week. Keane Mulready-Woods's dismembered remains were discovered across Dublin locations in January 2020, with his torso later found at Rathmullan Park, Drogheda. Several individuals have previously been convicted in connection with the murder.
