Review sees balance of drugs sentence suspended
Summary
Paul Mooney, 31, had been sentenced to ten years in prison in 2014 for possessing €27,900 of cannabis and synthetic cannabis, a crime that fell under Section 15A of the Misuse of Drugs Act.
