Summary
A 55‑year‑old Munster man was sentenced to 13 years' imprisonment by Mr Justice Paul McDermott at the Central Criminal Court. He pleaded guilty to eight counts of indecent assault and three counts of rape of his younger sister between 1978 and 1987, and was found guilty of 16 counts of anally raping his wife between 2003 and 2007. He denied the rape of his wife.
