Suspended sentence for young man who held cocaine at family home
Summary
Declan Doran, 23, of Ballyfermot, pleaded guilty in Dublin Circuit Criminal Court to possession of €6,806 worth of cocaine for sale or supply at his home on 2 February 2012. Garda Andrew Lyons reported that a warrant was obtained to search the house, where 83 g of a white powder was found in the shed. The substance was tested and found to contain 26 % cocaine purity, which Doran said was average for the market.
