'Passive participant' in 'crime of passion' avoids jail
Summary
Elaine Emmett, 39, was a passive participant in a crime of passion that took place on 22 May 2021 at Finn Eber Court, Finglas. She accompanied a friend to the home of the friend's former partner's new girlfriend and stood by while the other woman smashed the door with a golf club, dragged the victim by the hair and smashed her oven.
