Regarding Tracey Heneghan, the judge noted her peripheral role and ordered her to be of good behaviour under Section 100 of the Criminal Justice Act 2006. The matter was adjourned until June 8, with the judge stating he would discharge any sentence against her a fortnight later if she abides by the condition. A third accused is due in court separately.
