Summary
During the murder trial of Anthony Locke, 38, the partner of the deceased, Barbara Staunton, testified that Locke claimed he had cut off Christopher Jackson's penis and placed it in the victim's pocket. Staunton, who admitted using heroin that night, said Locke asked her what she was doing with someone with a "little penis." She also recounted hearing Locke and Bernard Locke discuss the murder, with one remarking, "Remember the Scissor Sisters? We can be the Scissor Brothers." Staunton described the scene where Jackson fell back into the flat with a knife in his chest after answering the door to the accused and Bernard. She also noted that Bernard had ordered her to clean up a severely cut hand while Locke was in the kitchen. The testimony was given before Mr Justice Patrick McCarthy and a jury of twelve. The trial continues. Anthony Locke pleaded not guilty.
