Two assisted living houses built in Ballyshannon with new utility connections

Premier CH Construction has been given the go-ahead to build 2 assisted living houses in Townparks, Ballyshannon. The development includes new connections to the public sewer, storm drains and water mains, along with all the necessary site work to make it happen.

Kitchen extension, garage and fuel store retained; porch replaced with new lobby; driveway widened

Oisín Mary Brennan has been given the go-ahead to keep a kitchen extension and detached garage at Dunmuckrum, Ballyshannon. The approval also covers demolishing the old entrance porch and building a new entrance lobby, plus widening the driveway entrance for better access.

House design modified from previously approved plans

Patrick Cassidy has made changes to the design of a house he's building at Ardlongfield in Ballyshannon. This is a modification to a house design that was previously approved under a different planning permission. The council has now decided on these design changes.
