Housing development scaled back from 17 to 12 units with revised house types

Tirconaill Properties is revising plans for a housing development at Farmleigh Woods in Donegal Town. They're reducing the number of homes from 17 to 12 units, consisting of 10 semi-detached four-bedroom houses and 2 duplex apartments. The changes also include new roads, footpaths, and services for the site.
