Farmhouse restoration, granny flat conversion, and demolition of farm buildings

A farmhouse on Cullion Road in Letterkenny is getting restored and extended, while a neighbouring farm cottage will be converted into a granny flat for extra living space. Three old agricultural buildings will be knocked down and a new sewage treatment system installed to serve the properties.
