New dwelling house with garage and wastewater treatment plant

Niall Coen and Ciara Duffy have been given the go-ahead to build a new house at Cloonigny, Kilconnell, near Ballinasloe. The development includes a domestic garage, a wastewater treatment plant with a polishing filter, and associated site works.
