Rear extension, elevation changes and attic conversion to living space

Rita Tully and Damian Smyth have been granted permission to extend their home at Lisheeneenaun West in Kinvara. The project involves building a rear extension, altering the elevation, and converting the attic space into usable living areas. The decision came through with conditions on 29 April 2026.
