Garage conversion to dwelling plus main house extension and site subdivision

Declan and Val Molloy want to split their property in Moycullen and convert an existing garage into a new home. They're also adding an extension and dormer to their main house, building a new garage, and installing a new sewerage system to handle the extra dwelling.
