New shed plus modifications to existing garage plans

Máirtín Ó Dioráin wants to build a new shed at Both Chuanna Thoir in An Spidéal, along with some changes to the existing garage plans. The council has given a mixed decision—approving most of the proposal but refusing one element of it.

Padraic O'Gabhain is seeking permission to retain a house, garage, store, two timber sheds, solar panels, and a wastewater treatment system at Both Chuanna Thoir in Spiddal. This is a retention application, meaning the structures have already been built and he's now regularising them with the council on revised site boundaries.
