House extension retained, shed converted to granny flat, septic tank upgraded

Patricia Lonergan has been given the go-ahead to keep an extension she's already built onto her house in Achill, convert an existing shed into a granny flat, and upgrade her septic tank system. The decision comes with conditions that will need to be met.
