Farm building conversion to home with new extensions and wastewater system

Patrick Rose Naughton is planning to convert an existing two-storey farm building into a home, adding single-storey extensions on both the east and west sides. The work will include installing a new wastewater treatment system to meet EPA standards. This is a residential conversion project at Ballinloughaun near Ballina.
