Shed conversion and property subdivision creating two homes from one

A shed behind a house on Erris Road in Crossmolina is being converted into a new home, with the original property also being split into two separate sites. Both houses will share a driveway that accesses the public road through the existing gateway. The plan was approved with conditions in May 2026.
