Bookshop becomes bakery; building split into 2 residential units

Michael Tolan has been approved to turn a ground floor bookshop on Davitt Street in Foxford into an artisan bakery, while also splitting the building upstairs into two homes – a semi-detached house and a one-bedroom apartment. The plan includes renovation work and changes to the building's exterior.
