Retention of house extension and upgrade to septic tank system

Dom Camilla Matterson is seeking permission to keep an extension to their house at Dadreen, Thallabaun that's already been built, and to finish it off. They're also upgrading the septic tank to a modern treatment system with a new percolation bed to handle wastewater properly.
