Appropriate for jury to consider diminished responsibility, psychiatrists tell murder trial

Two forensic psychiatrists have said it is appropriate for the jury in the trial of a Polish man charged with the murder of a 24-year-old Mayo man to consider whether his responsibility was diminished at the time, as he suffers from a mental illness. Dr Jamie Walsh told the Central Criminal Court th
