New detached garage and fuel store beside existing dwelling

Brendan Groarke wants to build a detached garage next to his home in Faheens, near Swinford, along with a lean-to structure for storing solid fuel. The total internal floor area would be 110 square metres, and both buildings would be positioned on the north side of the existing house.
