Derelict site cleared and replaced with 2 apartment buildings (8 two-bed units)

JES Holdings Ltd has been given the go-ahead to knock down derelict ruins and a boundary wall on Parnell Street in Carrickmacross and build two new apartment buildings in their place. The development will have 8 two-bed apartments across the two 2-storey buildings, with connections to existing water and services.
