for construction of an extension to the north of the existing dwelling, comprising a new entrance, utility room, WC, pantry, rear hall, snug, three bedrooms, including one with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, and a bathroom. Alterations to the existing dwelling, including: removal of the attached side stores on the north elevation and the porch on the east elevation; internal reconfiguration, including the removal of internal walls to create an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area; removal of two existing windows and installation of a new window and double doors on the rear east elevation; installation of an additional window on the front west elevation; and plastering of the existing brick chimneys to provide a smooth finish. Construction of a domestic garage. Formation of a bellmouth entrance at the existing entrance location, including new walls and piers to the west. Installation of a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area, connection to existing services and all associated site works. Construction of a new bored well
