(a) Retention permission to retain the extensions as constructed to his dwelling house; retention permission to retain the renovation and change of use of an outbuilding to a self contained residential unit for use ancillary to the use of the existing main dwelling house; retention permission to retain the greenhouse, garden shed and domestic storage sheds as built and located on the site and all other associated works. (b) Full planning permission to decommission the existing septic tank and full planning permission to install a mechanical wastewater treatment unit, tertiary module and percolation bed and all associated site works.
