Construction of two storey extension to front of existing school including special needs suite with related external safe play spaces, SET rooms, staff toilets and mainstream classroom, single storey entrance and circulation providing for 6 additional special needs pupils and 3 additional staff (above the expected growth in pupil/staff numbers); bicycle shelter, sensory garden and LPG tank to rear; alterations to existing including new window in existing classroom, new rooflights and roof profile, demolition of front boundary and gas tank enclosure, reconfiguring entrance gates, boundary treatments to front, balance of staff/visitor car parking and setdown spaces; upgrades including provision of pedestrian and cycle routes, 1 accessible parking space, 1 designated parking space, hard and soft landscaping; and all ancillary works.
