Permission to complete and fit-out existing commercial unit on ground floor of existing 3-storey building and the provision of 2 -bedroom, 2-storey apartment overhead. For the construction of 2-storey building to the rear containing one 2-bedroom apartment on each floor with link building containing staircases. For site works to include 3 no. car parking spaces, bike shed, soft and hard landscaping and all associated works including the removal of the remaining sections of stone external walls of original cottages.
