Permission for the following works to existing dwelling house: (1) retention of detached domestic garage and permission for change to habitable use, (2) removal of chimney stack, (3) installation of 2 no. new chimney stacks, (4) installation of 5 no. rooflights, (5) removal of 2 no. external buttress walls, (6) construction of porch/canopy, (7) fenestration changes, (8) construction of interconnecting link/ extension between house and garage, (9) installation of 4 no. rooflights to garage, (10) fenestration changes to garage, (11) installation of solar panels, and (12) decommissioning of the existing septic tank system and installation of a replacement wastewater treatment system
