The development will consist of: the construction of a single-storey special educational needs (SEN) extension of 645 m² to the north of the existing school building, comprising two classrooms, two quiet rooms, a central activities area, a multi-sensory room, a practical activity room, a daily living skills room, staff facilities and ancillary accommodation; alterations to the existing school building, the relocation of the main school entrance to the west side of the new extension, and a new dedicated entrance to serve the SEN base, external works comprising of a secure soft play area, a sensory garden, retaining walls, car park alterations, and all associated site, services, external lighting, landscaping and drainage works.
