For permission and retention permission for development at The Former Blarney Hotel and Golf Resort, Cloughphillip, Blarney, Cork, T23V9TF. The development will consist of: Retention of extensions and alterations to the former hotel and permission for the change of use of the former hotel to a community nursing unit. The proposed development makes provision for connection to the public water main and public sewer on the Kerry Road, pumping station, signage and all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
