Permission for development to an existing dwellinghouse at 8 Ferncliffe Villas, Bellevue Park, Saint Lukes, Cork, T23pw2p. Works to consist of the following: (1) Construct a new single storey, standalone Granny Flat in the rear garden. This to be ancillary to the main house. (2) Install an array of solar panels on the roof of the proposed Granny Flat. (3) Carry out all associated site works.
