Permission for a change of use of the single-storey former Blackrock and Passage Railway Terminus and Ticket Office, a Protected Structure (PS Ref. No: 1138), which is also a recorded Monument (C0074-119002), Albert Road and Albert Street, Cork City. The proposed development will consist of a change of use of the bar/restaurant use permitted under application register reference 21/40237 to office use; a new glazed entrance and associated canopy; and all associated site development works.
