for repair works to the existing ground-floor shopfront only of the existing public house premises at 28 Parliament Street, Kilkenny, a protected structure (RPS B139). The proposed works include repairs to the existing shopfront, signage, glazing, doors, fascia, pilasters, stallrisers and existing awning box, together with making good to adjoining fabric and all associated site and ancillary works. The site is located within the Kilkenny City Centre Architectural Conservation Area.
