amend the solar farm permitted under Laois County Council Reg. Ref. 17/532 (as amended by LCC Reg. Ref. 24/60005 and LCC Reg. Ref. 25/60237) and consists of minor amendments to the permitted internal road layout, relocation of 1 no. gate within the site boundary, and all associated site and development works above and below ground. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application.
