Permission is also sought to construct a storey half extension (216.7sqm) to the rear (Northwest) of the existing dwelling, consisting of a kitchen, utility, 2 no. bedrooms with ensuites walk-in-wardrobes and an office at ground floor level. Permission on the first-floor level, consists a bedroom and ensuite and walk-in wardrobe.
