The development will consist of; a) The construction of 2 No. two a half storey, stepped, terraced buildings comprising 10 No. own door, one bedroom, ground floor tourist apartments and 10 No. own door, 1.5 storey, two-bedroom duplex tourist apartments above. b) The provision of secure, covered cycle parking at the rear of the proposed tourist accommodation. c) The provision of adjacent car parking facilities comprising 27 No. car parking spaces, associated access ramps, landscaped plaza, pollinator planting area and ancillary site works including drainage, boundary treatments and landscaping. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared as part of the application for approval in respect of the proposed development.
