alterations to the existing dwelling, to include removal of the front entrance porch and rear extension and for internal & elevational alterations; the construction of a new link corridor from the existing dwelling to a new single-storey section of dwelling to the rear; the construction of a new link corridor from the existing dwelling to a new two-storey section of dwelling; retention and completion of this two-storey section to include new living & bedroom areas. The development will also consist of the removal of the part constructed dwelling as previously approved under planning application reference no. RA180121; Alterations to the existing vehicular entrance piers and a new wastewater treatment system and percolation area are proposed, together with all associated and ancillary works
