the development will consists of Retention Permission for the demolition of the former derelict commercial building and Planning Permission for the construction of one commercial warehouse building (approximately 490m²) for use as a light industrial assembly facility for the assembly of certified fire door systems, installation of 31 no. repurposed shipping containers for secure self-storage, security office, welfare facilities, new wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, internal access roads, parking, sliding steel entrance gate, palisade fencing, stone boundary wall, landscaping and all associated site development works
