permission will consist of the re-contouring of existing undulating agricultural farmland to include the importation of soil, subsoil and inert material in order to raise the levels of part of the land together with all ancillary site development works. The lands will be recovered with topsoil and reseeded with ryegrass upon completion of the re-contouring works.
