Vehicle sales site expansion with enlarged yard and extended sales building

planning for retention permission and permission for the development as under construction pursuant to permission 24/60012. Retention permission is sought for the following works: •The enlargement of the site area from the layout as granted under permission 24/60012 to include for associated regrading of site levels and yard area with associated embankments and site works. •A retaining wall. Permission is sought for the following works: •The extension and alteration of the existing vehicle sales building that will include for a sales and display area, photobooth, valeting bay, workshop, ancillary offices and staff facilities with associated building signage; •Associated site layout works to provide for parking areas, internal access roads and circulation areas; •Provision of an entrance sign and internal signage; •Provision of a wastewater treatment system along with associated percolation area; •Provision of storm water drainage network, hydrocarbon interceptor and attenuation infrastructure with associated hydro brake and headwall outfall to discharge to watercourse. •Provision of associated landscaping works
