Permission for 1) The construction of a 6.1m high single storey extension with a floor area of 176m2 for the Pack-Off area located at the southeast corner of the existing production facility, 2) The construction of a 14m high new fire escape staircase of 55.4m2 connecting the ground floor, mezzanine and roof located at the southeast corner of the existing warehouse, 3) External galvanised steel fire escape stairs to south elevation of existing warehouse to provide fire escape from new Pack-Off roof and existing mezzanine to ground floor level
