RETENTION permission is sought to retain the alterations to the side (East) boundary, from that previously granted under reference no. 17/6072, as constructed on site. Permission is sought to decommission the existing septic tank and aeration pump and to upgrade and install a secondary treatment system and polishing filter and all associated site works
