The Labour Court upheld a Rights Commissioner's recommendation rejecting Mandate's appeal over including a worker's Sunday overtime in holiday pay. The decision was dated 19 July 2000. Mandate argued the worker's Sunday overtime was regular and rostered and should be included in holiday pay calculations. Tesco Ireland said only overtime covered by its late-night agreement was included. The Rights Commissioner had found in favour of Tesco Ireland, and the Labour Court said the appeal failed.
