A school employee’s complaint over the calculation of her redundancy payment failed after the WRC found her entitlement under the Redundancy Payments Act had been implemented. The decision was dated 4 January 2017. The employee said the calculation was based on her part-time hours and excluded years when she had worked full time. The respondent said the payment used her hours in the 12 months before redundancy. The officer found the entitlement under the Act had been implemented.
