The Workplace Relations Commission dismissed Mr Alexandra Molle’s sexual-orientation discrimination complaint after he did not attend the hearing. Adjudication Officer Gerry Rooney found that the complaint failed due to lack of pursuit in a decision dated 29 July 2016; the merits were not decided.
