The WRC dismissed a worker’s claim for further annual leave in a decision dated 25 May 2016. The worker said he had taken a month’s holiday and accepted that no more leave was due. The respondent did not attend the hearing. The WRC found on the worker’s evidence that no further annual leave was due, and dismissed the claim.
