The Workplace Relations Commission ordered a landscaper to pay a driver €850 for failing to provide written terms, €805 in unpaid wages less statutory deductions, €600 for missed breaks and €420 in minimum notice pay. The decision was dated 9 May 2017. All four complaints succeeded on uncontested evidence after the respondent did not attend the hearing.
